Brian Wong
President and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Wong joined D2Audio as President and CEO in February 2005 and has over 23 years experience in executive and general management, marketing, and the development of mixed signal products and semiconductors.Mr. Wong comes to D2Audio from Primarion, a leading mixed signal semiconductor company focused on digital control of power and optical I/O.During almost 5 years at Primarion, Mr. Wong held roles as Interim CEO, EVP Marketing/Bus Dev, VP Engineering, and General Manager.Mr. Wong was responsible for the marketing and business strategy to enable Primarion's growth from a startup company into a market leading mixed signal IC company based on their innovative power and I/O technology and products.

Prior to Primarion, Mr. Wong served for 17 years at TRW, where he was manager of the Mixed Signal Products business. At TRW, he was responsible for the development, manufacturing, and marketing of high performance data converters and digital transceivers.,Prior to TRW he worked at XeroxMicroelectronicsCenter, where he developed MOS digital circuits.

Mr. Wong has co-authored a textbook and numerous papers on mixed signal and communication technology.He holds a BSEE from University of California, Los Angeles, a MSEE from University of Southern California, has taken graduate management classes at UCLA Anderson School of Management, and serves on the Board of Advisors for the University of California, Davis Electrical and Computer Engineering Department.

Skip Taylor, Phd.
Chief Technology Officer

Dr. Taylor's 30 years of experience and vast audio background culminated with the creation of the D2Audio Corporation. As a founder of D2Audio, he brings extensive knowledge of the development of new and emerging audio technologies. Under his management, D2Audio created a complete portfolio of high-performance products, ranging from scalable power amplifiers to multi-chip, DSP-based audio signal processing solutions for Consumer, Commercial, Automotive and Professional applications.

Prior to founding the D2Audio Corporation, Dr. Taylor formed the Audio Digital Signal Processing group at Cirrus Logic, Inc. in 1995, where he focused on high-performance analog, mixed-signal, and low-power DSP technology. Before joining Cirrus Logic, Dr. Taylor was a Director at Peavey Electronics, Inc. for 13 years, where he was responsible for forming and developing digital products and technology. In 1984 at Peavey Electronics, he managed the development of the industry's first high-performance Class D amplifier for professional use.



Mayur Mehta
Vice President of Engineering

Mr. Mehta has more than 20 years of industry experience at companies like AMD, Ross Technology, Equator Technologies, OmegaBand and Sierra Logic. He has managed teams responsible for chip design, board level design, sub-assembly design and systems integration. Mr. Mehta also has extensive executive experience in building engineering teams, producing multiple generations of products and delivering those products to the market. Furthermore, he also has been an effective company interface, working for many years with Fortune 500 clients including Sun, IBM, Fujitsu, Hitachi, Sony and NEC.



Eric Smith
Vice President of Operations and Quality

With more than 20 years in Design, Product/ Test and Operations,Mr. Smith brings a history of success in building operations organizations from the ground up in startups as well as large corporations. Most recently, Mr. Smith was Vice President of Product Development and Operations for the Ethernet Products Division of Vitesse Semiconductor, a leading mixed signal semiconductor company focused on communications IC's. At Vitesse, he oversaw the development of Gigabit Ethernet chips and modules, while expertly managing the division's supply chain. Prior to Vitesse, Mr. Smith extended his experience in chips and sub-assemblies managing Operations at Benchmarq Microelectronics for over 9 years.

Paul Becker
Vice President of Finance

Paul Becker joined D2Audio in June of 2003 bringing with him a 14-year career in corporate finance in both public and private high-tech companies.  A 12 year veteran at AMD in manufacturing and product line finance, he was most recently the Director of Finance for the Austin Wafer Fabrication Group.  Immediately prior to joining D2 Audio, Mr. Becker was the VP of Finance & Administration for the InfiniBand start-up company OmegaBand in Austin, TX where he successfully guided the company through difficult times.  Prior to his financial roles, Mr. Becker worked as a structural design engineer and partnership associate at CBM Engineers in Houston, TX.  Mr. Becker holds a BS in Civil Engineering with honors from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, and an MBA from the University of Texas, Austin.
